I am a professor at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, and I work at Instituto de Radioastronomía y Astrofísica (IRyA) in Morelia, Mexico.

My main research interests are in the general field of extragalactic astronomy, with a particular focus on:

✓  Active Galactic Nuclei

✓  Dusty galaxies

✓  Stellar populations in Cluster Galaxies

✓  Dust radiative transfer
